Nine months of Logan!

Where has 9 months gone?! I'm finding it really hard to believe that our darling boy has been out as long as he was inside and he'll be turning one in 3 short months, mama better start party planning!

WEIGHT/HEIGHT - we recently had our 9 month review for Logan and he weights 17lb and is in the 75th percentile for babies his age in height! Hes going to be tall like mummy and daddy are! We already struggle because he has such long legs but has a slim waist!

ROUTINE - Our routine is still the same, although we start bedtime a little later but he then sleeps until the same time the next morning! I think our routine will change soon though as ill finally be going back to work.

We now have 2 bottles a day and 2 meals (1 pouch then 2 yogurts) and snacks and water between. He's loving Asdas organic carrot puffs!

Days are still the same for now, wake up have a bottle, nap then have a breakfast. We then play, Logan can now sit independently so is happy to sit with toys around him and play. We've also swapped the jumparoo for a walker and hes loving being able to glide around, also hes loving bumping into daddy then laughing when daddy tells him off!

SLEEPING - As i mentioned above we now start bedtime a little later, closer to 10pm now and hes usually asleep by 10:30, he self soothes and falls to sleep without us. We're hoping to move him into his room in the next few months but i think we're going to leave him we he is while hes happy! HV said he'll show us signs when hes ready.

Logan is napping twice a day, morning and then afternoon/evening. No set times. Hes also sleeping in the pram again but very rarely.

SIZES - I've found that it all depends on the brand of clothes and what it is, some things hes still in 3-6, others hes 6-9 and he's 9-12 in shoes! In nappies we're in size 4, we use asda little angels if anyone was wondering!

MILESTONES:

✷ Jabbering, we can say baba

✷ copying, hes getting so good at watching and repeating what the other person is doing

✷ Standing for short periods of time

✷ crawling, backwards but he'll master forward soon

✷ pushes himself up from laying to sitting
✷ kisses! Sloppy ones at that but they're lovely!

At 9 months Logan is still learning so much! He's finally started jabbering and he says baba to everything, he also loves shouting AHHH and copies when said to him. 

Crawling, he's learnt to crawl backward so well but hasnt mastered going forward yet...

As I mentioned in our 6 month update, Logans personality is really coming along and hes definitely not a quiet baby! He's 100% found his voice and isnt shy to tell you that!

At 9 months we're still teething, we had a very bad night a few days ago we're he just screamed in pain but we can feel the tooth ready to come through - FINALLY!

HOWS MAMA - 2019 started off rough but i'm getting there, it was all due to problems with work and I hadnt even gone back yet! I should be returning soon though which I'm anxious and excited about as I'll be in the same company but new pub. I'm ready for the new start and Logan will have daddy days on thursdays!

mental heath wise I have more good days than bad which is brilliant, Logan brightens up my days!

Its scary to think that our next update will be 12 months and my baby will be one! What did you do for your little ones first birthday? I'd love to have a little party but im unsure.
